With more and more people working from home these days, it’s important to know how to get the best workout no matter what your living situation looks like. Wall sits x 30 secs
Wall squat pulses x 30 secs
*Lunge squat jumps x 10 reps each side
Chair dips x 20 reps
Push-ups x 10 reps
V Sit-ups (lower/upper abs) x 20 reps
Figure 8 abs (obliques) x 20 reps
