His primary responsibility involves formulating and implementing strategies in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to optimize operational efficiency and strengthen financial performance.

 

With over a decade of experience in organizational leadership, business consulting, and career development, Siaka Kromah brings extensive expertise to his role. He is also the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free career coaching services to minority communities, immigrants, college and high school students, and individuals seeking career transitions. Siaka holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Worcester State University and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
