Iwona Rhoads, owner of Rhoads to Fitness LLC, was born and raised in Poland, where she received her MA in Physical Education. Competing at a young age as an ice speed skater, Iwona has always been intensely involved in sports and fitness. From biking, swimming, and Triathlon participation, to playing tennis and even training martial arts, Iwona believes that physical exercise is paramount to a healthy mind and body. In her free time she loves to spend time traveling with her son, hiking, surfing and rollerblading.
