Stephanie is a former NCAA Division I  Track & Field athlete. As a former athlete, Stephanie possesses a valuable dual perspective. In fact, Stephanie accidentally found fitness as an athlete after having to come back from a track & field injury. Fascinated by how the body works and motivated to become the healthiest and most confident version of herself, Stephanie has spent over 6 years in school studying sport exercise, nutrition, and obesity. With her Masters in Sport Exercise Psychology and as a Track & Field coach and fitness  specialist, Stephanie uses her experience and education to help individuals find their success through functional strength development. Stephanie possesses a unique skillset, with experiences ranging from exercise prescription in a clinical setting, to athlete development in sports performance. Stephanie has coached a wide range of clients including new moms, retirees, and athletes,  and specialize in helping busy professionals. Her goal is to help everyone adopt healthful, long-term, sustainable behaviors that can truly change their lives. Through her own life experiences with weight gain/loss, exercise, nutrition studies, and her career as a fitness instructor Stephanie holds true to her simple  fitness philosophy that every single person, no matter where they are in their fitness journey, matters and every person can reach their goals if they truly want to and are willing to #justsweat
