Say hello to Kristiana Soler. Her family moved to Myrtle Beach from New York and has not looked back since. Her yoga practice began in New York, but it was in Myrtle Beach that she embraced it wholeheartedly. It has helped her find peace and gain inner strength. Her practice has helped her to breathe purposefully and make a mind and body connection. Yoga challenges her to live her best life every day.

Her 200 hour Vinyasa Bhakti training was completed at Yoga In Common and her 500 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training was done at Shanti Yoga. She will forever be a learner of the practice. She can never thank her instructors enough for giving her a daily practice which has enhanced her ability to be present in the moment and confident in various situations.

In her classes, she loves to provide a balanced sequence, a focus on breathing, and a safe place to explore your body and spirit.  You can also expect to hear inspirational quotes in the beginning and end of each session, non-judgmental language, and respect for who you are. No matter the age, her desire is that you leave my class feeling rejuvenated and strong; physically, emotionally and spiritually.

When she is not practicing yoga, you may find her at a local event, bird watching from her patio, or doing creative projects. She also enjoys reading and video games. Her favorite place is where the heart is.
