Her Training Philosophies: Haley believes that success is measured by incorporating the holistic health approach by working with people and believing that fitness, nutrition, and attitude must support their overall goal. Haley likes to develop challenging but enjoyable programs that will help her client reach their goals but also improve their understanding of leading a healthy lifestyle. After playing 4 years of Division 1 NCAA collegiate soccer, Haley has developed the ability to understand and incorporate training practices such as Strength Development, Speed & Agility, Sport Specific training, high-intensity interval training, weight management, and functional training into her programs.
