Cathy has demonstrated her skills as an Experienced Boxing Instructor, self defense instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, where she currently works at the YMCA, she has created her own Kickboxing program that Incorporates Hiit training for people who want to increase their cardio endurance, boost their mood, release stress, create confidence in self defense moves.
Cathy has always had a love of health, wellness, and fitness. At a very young age she was in the gym workout out with free weights and involved in many sports both women and co-ed leagues.  Cathy has demonstrated a history of working in the non-profit organization management industry, she is skilled in Coaching, Wellness Coaching, Yoga, Fitness Training, and Dietary Supplements. Strong human resources professional with a Pre-Chiropractic focused in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Love of the outdoors, fast paced environment, animal lover.  Cathy is certified in Animal Chiropractic.  Cathy enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, hanging out with her boys.  Loves camping, races(hot rods, monster trucks, NHRA, Drag racing, Off Road Racing 4x4's,  biking, motorcycling, boating, snowmobiling, just to name few.  Cathy's Moto: To leave everyone I come in contact with daily feeling better about themselves than when they met me!"
